Directions For Use & Dosage: As a dietary supplement, for best results
consume one serving of 3g [1/2 scoop approx.] 20-30 minutes prior to
exercise / workout session with approximately 150-200ml (6-8 ounces) high
carbohydrate liquid / water or as directed by your trainer / health care
professional. The recommended maximum dosage is 3g per day.
