Description
DIRECTION FOR USE: Add 83.3g, (1 scoop approx.) to 250ml of your choice of liquid: milk, coconut water, plain water or fruit juice then stir / blend / shake until mix properly & consume immediately.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGES: Serving Size 250g (3 scoops approx.). The recommended dosages are one serving per day in two or three divided doses for adults, depending on the conditions being addressed, like age / body weight / nutritional need etc., Dosages can be varied or as directed by your health care professional. It may be taken right before & after each workout, exercise session or at any time to increase protein & calories intake.
PRECAUTIONS / WARNING: Do not accept or use if the seal is broken or tampered. Consult with a trainer / health care professional before use.
