Direction for use: Add 10g (1 Scoop Approx.) to 250ml – 350ml (8-12oz.) with your favorite beverage / protein shake / water or as directed by your health care professional. This composition can be taken throughout the day or before, during and after exercise. Depending on the conditions being addressed, dose can be varied.

Clumping may cause its taste to changed to bitter & it’s physical appearance, but will not affect the
properties / result of product.
